Conditions of the Audacieuse-Galerie training courses

These terms and conditions apply to all training courses provided by Audacieuse-Galerie SARL, with any exceptions indicated. Our general terms and conditions of sale and our privacy policy apply to the trainings.

Payment for training courses

At the end of your training booking, you are invited to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

All reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the course. To confirm your booking, your payment must be received promptly after your booking. If you don’t pay promptly, your booking will be cancelled. Please note that bank transfer delays exist and that we cannot be held responsible if your transfer arrives too late. Also, for any last minute payment, we invite you to pay by card.

Once your payment has been finalised, you will receive an exclusive confirmation in your e-mail account.

Organization of training courses

For fortuitous reasons, especially when the training takes place outdoors and in case of bad weather, we may be forced to postpone your training. You will be notified by e-mail in the event of an adjournment. You will receive an exclusive personal credit note by e-mail, which will allow you to repeat the same course at a later date.

In order to ensure that our training courses run smoothly, we set a minimum and maximum number of participants for each of them. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of participants is insufficient, the training may be postponed.

The trainings take place in Carouge or the surrounding area, depending on the proposed program.

Audacieuse-Galerie reserves the right to exclude one or more participants if he/she behaves in a way that could harm the smooth running of the trainings, that could disturb the other participants, or if one of the participants violates the law or good morals: insults, aggressive or disrespectful behavior, damage to equipment, etc. In the event of exclusion, the full amount of the training remains due.

Cancellation of reservation

You can cancel a training course and cancel your reservation under these conditions: you must send us an email stating the cancellation of your reservation, regardless of the reason. The date of receipt of your e-mail from us will be considered as the date of cancellation. Depending on the date of your cancellation, we will agree to give you a Credit Note, representing the total or partial amount of your payment, depending on these deadlines:

• Cancellation up to 3 calendar days (72 hours) before the start of the training: 100% of the amount of the training will be granted in the form of a credit note for a training to be postponed to a later date.
• In case of cancellation less than 3 calendar days (72 hours) before the start of the training, the full payment of the training is due to Audacieuse-Galerie SARL. The training is not postponed.

Absences and tardiness

Missed training sessions are due. In case of delay, the participant will be able to join a group training during training. Lost time will not be carried over or made up. In a group training, in order not to penalize the other participants, the training will not be resumed at its beginning. In the event of withdrawal during the training, the payment of the training is due in full.

Insurance

Audacieuse-Galerie SARL has taken out insurance covering its civil liability. Audacieuse-Galerie SARL declines all responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that you may suffer during the training.

Photographic, video and audio recordings

You agree not to disseminate photographs, videos, recordings of practicing students or trainers. You are responsible for the rights to trademarks, images of persons or property if you distribute photographic, video or audio recordings made during the training. Except with your explicit consent, none of your photographs, videos and sound recordings will be used by Audacieuse-Galerie SARL.

Extraordinary measures

In accordance with the ordinances of the Federal Council and the Council of State, as well as the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), we have adopted a series of measures concerning training: Social distancing, and/or mandatory mask-wearing, mandatory hand washing with hydroalcoholic gel, made available to you during the training. To protect yourself and limit the spread of the Coronavirus, we invite you to respect these measures, in the interest of all. Thank you.
