The standard shipping method is Swiss Post, delivered with signature. A registered customer can check the status of their order and the progress of its delivery online. The Recipient, as mentioned in the order form, under the sole responsibility of the Customer, must either wait for the Carrier at the Recipient&#8217;s address, or go to the relay point, to the Post Office, to the Carrier&#8217;s agency, as provided on the Site to pick up his order, accompanied by the receipt slip received by email.
