Collect loyalty points.

After a purchase on our website, and as soon as you are delivered, you will receive your new loyalty points. Our website automatically saves your points, you don't have to do anything.

Log in to your customer account on our website. After logging in, you will find the link "My account" at the bottom of the page. Click on it and you are almost there. On the page, choose the "Loyalty points" tab. See how many points you have. Then convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher. Add your voucher to your order page ...and enjoy.

You don't know your password: Use the forgot password form. An email will be sent to you. You don't know which e-mail address you used. Open your mail program, search for Audacieuse-Galerie. You may find one of our mailings.

Make sure you are on the page, My Account > My Loyalty Points. Your loyalty points are added as soon as we have confirmation of your delivery. The only exception is gift cards, which do not earn loyalty points.

No, it is not possible to transfer discount points from one account to another. You cannot use someone else's account. This would result in delivery, warranty and service errors and the new points from the new purchases would be credited to the third party's account.

At this time it is still complicated. Our checkout software does not yet offer this option. It is difficult for us to manage our e-commerce loyalty points in our checkout software. Patience, this software breakthrough may be just around the corner.

If you have a customer account at the Carouge shop, then we will keep track of your purchases. Under this condition, it will be possible for us to credit your e-commerce account.  If you don't have an account at the shop, it will be difficult for us to trace your purchases and credit your loyalty points.

Loyalty points last for 5 years. After this date, the points accumulated can no longer be converted. However, 5 years is a long time, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy them.
