We offer delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 50CHF purchase on Returns of goods are at the expense of the customer. As part of a return, the second expedition from us to the customer is also offered. The cost of a trip to the Canton of Geneva made during a photo, video and tailor made service is included in the prices indicated on the site.

Fast sending

The products in stock are shipped on the same day of your order. Allow one or two days of transportation by mail for a delivery in Switzerland. For international deliveries and depending on the distance, the delivery takes from 3 to 20 days. The standard shipment choice is the Swiss Post, returned with signature. Regardless of the shipment choice, we will provide as soon as possible a link which will allow you to track your parcel online.

Custom fabrication

The fabrication of custom products starts immediately after your order. The fabrication of an art photograph takes from 1 to 10 days, depending on the chosen framing and the protection glass. The product is generally printed on the same day.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges include packing, handling and postal charges. They vary depending on the size and weight of your oder as well as the adress of reception, particularly for international deliveries. We advise you to gather your purchases in one single order to reduce the shipping charges. We cannot gather two distinct orders when one of them has already been sent. You would have to pay off the shipping charges for each of them. Parcels containing fragile products are treated with special care : parcels are oversized and protected.

Meticulous care of parcels

We take great care to protect parcels containing fragile products with several layers of packaging. In case of breakage or pressed cartons at the reception of your parcel, you should prompt the transporter to control your order : your products may be intact. If one of the product is damaged, you should refuse the parcel without fail and write on the delivery note of the transporter : « Parcel refused, damaged packaging and product ». If the transporter refuses an inspection of the damaged parcel, refuse the delivery. After return of the damaged parcel, we will send a new product as soon as possible.
