Conditions of participation – Audacieuse-Galerie SARL

These conditions apply to all training courses provided by Audacieuse-Galerie SARL, except for expressly stated exceptions. The company’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and privacy policy also apply to training.

Payment for training courses

After your booking, payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer. All bookings must be made no later than 72 hours before the start of the training. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In the case of payment by bank transfer, processing delays may delay the receipt of payment; For last-minute payments, payment by card is recommended. Once your payment has been finalised, you will receive a personal confirmation by e-mail.

Organization of training courses

Training courses may be postponed for exceptional reasons, in particular bad weather or force majeure. In this case, a personal credit note will be sent by e-mail, allowing the training to be postponed to a later date. Each training course has a minimum and maximum number of participants. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the training may be postponed. The training courses take place in Carouge or its surroundings, according to the indicated program. Audacieuse-Galerie SARL reserves the right to exclude a participant in the event of disruptive, aggressive, disrespectful, illegal or damaging behaviour. In this case, the amount of the training remains due.

Cancellation of reservation

Any cancellations must be sent by email. The date of receipt of the e-mail is used to determine the deadline. – Cancellation at least 72 hours before the start of the training: a personal credit corresponding to the amount paid will be granted to postpone the training. – Cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the training: the amount remains due in full, and the training cannot be postponed.

Absences and tardiness

Missed sessions are due and cannot be recovered. In case of delay, the participant will be able to join the training in progress, without making up for lost time. In the event of withdrawal during training, full payment remains due.

Insurance

Audacieuse-Galerie SARL has insurance covering its professional civil liability. The company accepts no liability for any loss, theft or damage suffered by participants during the trainings.

Photographs, videos and recordings

It is strictly forbidden to distribute or use photographs, videos or audio recordings made during the trainings, without the prior written permission of the company. Any distribution of this type engages the responsibility of the author with regard to image and intellectual property rights.
