CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING COURSES – AUDACIEUSE-GALERIE SARL

Thank you for your interest in our trainings. These terms simply explain how registration and participation work. They apply to all our services, unless otherwise specified. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and our privacy policy supplement this information.

Payment for training courses

To guarantee your place, payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash directly in store. We offer these options to give you as much flexibility as possible.

To confirm your registration, **full payment must be received no later than 48 hours before the start of the training**. This delay allows us to organize the session in the best conditions and to ensure a personalized follow-up. In case of booking close to the date, we recommend payment by credit card or cash to confirm your participation immediately.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a personal confirmation email. Your registration will be secure and your place reserved.

Organization of training courses

Each training course is designed for a specific number of participants to ensure optimal learning and personalized follow-up. Sessions take place in or around Carouge as indicated when you book.

The safety and use instructions for the equipment must be followed to ensure the safety of all and a smooth running of the training.

In the event of exceptional events (natural disasters, pandemic, strike, technical breakdown or legal restrictions), we may have to postpone a training course. This is to protect your safety and the quality of your experience.

Cancellation and modification of training courses

For **individual lessons**, you can **change the date up to 72 hours before the start**. This flexibility allows you to adapt your schedule without losing your training. The modification can be easily done via your account on our website or through our contact form.

For **group or group classes**, the dates cannot be changed, as the organization of these sessions involves commitments with all participants and the trainer. This rule guarantees the cohesion of the group and the pedagogical quality. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the amount remains due.

Absences and tardiness

Each session is important and mobilizes the trainer as well as the equipment. Any absence cannot be refunded or postponed.

In case of delay, you can join the current training, in order to take full advantage of the content. However, the lost time cannot be extended.

If you decide to discontinue your participation, the full prize remains forfeited, as the resources and organization have been committed for you.

Insurance and liability

Audacieuse-Galerie SARL is covered by professional liability insurance.

However, we cannot be responsible for personal property or slight and consequential damages. Each participant remains responsible for their equipment and must respect the safety instructions to enjoy the training in the best conditions.

Photographs, videos and recordings

To respect the confidentiality and image rights of everyone, it is forbidden to distribute or reproduce photos, videos or recordings without written permission.

The materials provided (documents, presentations, digital files) remain the property of Audacieuse-Galerie SARL and cannot be shared without agreement. This ensures that our content is protected and that your training is of good quality.

Protection of personal data

Your information is used only to organize your training and will never be passed on to third parties without your consent. You benefit from a personalized and secure follow-up, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Applicable clause and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Geneva or the company’s registered office.
