A small-group wildlife photography course

In order to guarantee personalized support, this alpine wildlife photography course is limited to a maximum of two participants. This privileged format promotes exchange, individualized advice and rapid progress in the field.

Learn to observe and photograph wild animals

The course combines naturalist knowledge and wildlife photography techniques: understanding animal behavior, stealth approach techniques, discreet blinds, mountain light management, and compositing natural, authentic images.

Course of the mountain photo course (7 hours)

Opening hours: 10 a.m.–12 p.m . / one-hour lunch break / 1 p.m.–6 p.m. This 7-hour immersive day alternates observation, photographic practice and educational exchanges in the field. To get your class, buy it opposite and indicate all your availability in the form on your cart. We will quickly offer you a date according to your availability and the mild weather windows.

Practical information and access

This photo course requires a trip to the nearby French mountains. An ID or passport is required to clear customs. The course is taught exclusively in French.

Recommended equipment for wildlife photography

To move comfortably in the mountains and around lake areas, it is recommended to bring good walking shoes, a waterproof jacket, and a backpack suitable for carrying photo equipment.

No specific alpine skills are required. A classic hike with about 500 meters of elevation gain and descent should simply be part of your habits.

Exceptionnel

Une approche qui marche. J’ai loupé le sanglier de peu, mais il n’est pas resté très longtemps. Par contre mon chamois était impeccable. Grace à Stephan qui a tout anticipé et m’a appris beaucoup ce jour là. Sur ses conseils, j’y retourne et je shoot tout bon une fois sur deux. Aujourd’hui un tetra lyre!

Je mets trois étoiles à la qualité de mes images parce que je pense que même si elles se sont améliorées, je suis d’avis que je dois pouvoir faire mieux encore. Cinq étoiles pour l’esprit professionnel et sympatique. C’etait parfait.
