The work Néïssénée is part of a limited series designed to adapt to different environments and sensibilities, highlighting measure, consistency and quality of publishing. This collectible photograph is inspired by the acronyms of various Egyptian deities, such as Nephthys, Isis, Seth, Nun and Nebethetepet, which evoke both order and disorder, harmony and destruction, life and death. This multiple and polymorphous deity brings together the four fundamental elements of the Platonic tradition, while evoking the four mythical sources of the Nile, the four cardinal points and the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, as well as the four bases forming the strands of DNA that illustrate creation and destruction.
The photographer's approach is guided by an aspiration for the divine, aiming to extract the lethal data from these building blocks of life.
