Terms and conditions for courses with Audacieuse-Galerie

The present terms and conditions apply to every course provided by Audacieuse-Galerie SARL, save for specified potential exceptions.

Payment of the courses

At the end of your registration to the courses, you are invited to pay with a credit card or a bank transfer. For any bank transfer, you can use a deposit slip which you have to complete with your bank details or you can prefer an e-banking transfer.

To confirm your registration, we must receive your payment quickly after. If not, your reservation will be cancelled and the reserved place will be given to another person. Please note that bank transfer deadlines exist and we can be held responsible if your transfer is late. Also, for any last-minute payment, we invite you to pay with a card.

After payment confirmation, you will receive an exclusive and nominative voucher on your e-mail account that you will have to print and show at the time of your course.

Organisation of the courses

For incidental reasons and notably when the courses take place outdoors in case of bad weather, we can be forced to cancel the course. You are informed by e-mail in this case. You will receive a credit note in an exclusive and nominative e-mail, which will allow you to take an identical course at a later date.

In order to ensure an efficient running of our courses, we fix for each of them a minimal and maximal number of participants. Places are given in the order of arrival of participants. If the number of participants is not enough, the course will be delayed.

The courses take place in Carouge, Geneva and its suburbia, according to the proposed program. The journey takes place in the pedestrian area of Geneva, the boutiques and various public gardens.

Audacieuse-Galerie reserves the right to expel one or several participants if they have a behaviour that could harm the good running of the lesson, that could disturb the other participants or if one of the participants infringes the law : insults, agressive or disrespectful behaviour, damages of the equipment, etc. In case of exclusion, you will not be refunded.

Cancelation of registration

You can cancel one of the courses or cancel your registration under these conditions : you must send us a mail via our contact forms mentioning the cancelation of your registration. The date of reception of your mail will be considered as date of cancelation. According to the date of cancelation, we will agree to a full or partial exemption of payment.

  • Until 30 civil days before the beginning of the courses : 100 % of the amount of the courses will be refunded with a deduction of 20 francs for administrative and bank fees.
  • From 29 days to 15 days before the beginning of the courses : 50 % of the amount of the courses will be refunded with a deduction of 20 francs for administrative and bank fees.
  • From 14 days to 7 days before the beginning of the courses : 25 % of the amount of the courses will be refunded with a deduction of 20 francs for administrative and bank fees.

In case of cancelation less than 7 days before the beginning of the courses, you will not get refunded and Audacieuse-Galerie reserves the right to keep the total amount paid for registration.


Lessons missed will not be refunded. As far as possible, it will be possible to catch up a part of the lesson, alongside the initial one. In case of withdrawal during the course, you will not be refunded.


Audacieuse-Galerie - limited liability company - has taken out an insurance covering its civil liability. If you have not done it yet, you should also subscribe to a civil liability insurance that is sufficient for you and for all the courses provided by Audacieuse-Galerie. We disclaim liability for possible damages that you could suffer. Audacieuse-Galerie will not be held responsible for any breakage, robbery or losses.

Photographic, video and audio records

You consent not to distribute or publish any photograph, video or record of participants or teachers. You assume responsability for copyrights, image rights of the persons or the goods if you spread photographic, video or audio records made during the lesson.

Legal venue

All the legal relations with Audacieuse-Galerie are subject to the swiss law. The legal venue is in Carouge-Ge or is by default a tribunal of the canton of Geneva.
