General Terms and Conditions for Audacieuse-Galerie Training Programs

Thank you for your interest in the training programs offered by Audacieuse-Galerie SARL. To ensure a pleasant and enriching experience, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms, which apply to all our training programs unless stated otherwise. Our general sales conditions and privacy policy complement these provisions.

Payment for Training Programs

To confirm your registration, we offer payment by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Confirmation by Payment: Your reservation will be validated upon receipt of your payment. We recommend making your payment promptly to secure your spot. In case of late payment, your reservation may be canceled. Please note that bank transfer processing times may vary; for last-minute bookings, we encourage you to opt for credit card payment.

Once payment is received, you will receive a personalized confirmation directly at your email address.

Organization of Training Programs

  • Modifications or Postponements: In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions for outdoor training, we may need to postpone a session. If this occurs, you will be notified by email to reschedule an equivalent session at a later date.

  • Number of Participants: To ensure high-quality training, each session is limited to a minimum and maximum number of participants. Spots are allocated in the order of payment receipt. If the number of registered participants is insufficient, the session may be postponed.

  • Training Locations: The training sessions take place in Carouge or its surroundings, depending on the planned program.

To maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere, Audacieuse-Galerie SARL reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior may disrupt the smooth running of the training, inconvenience other participants, or violate laws and ethical standards (e.g., insults, disrespectful behavior, damage, etc.). In case of exclusion, the full training fee remains payable.

Cancellation of Reservations

You may cancel your reservation under the following terms:

  • Notification by Email: Any cancellation request must be sent to us via email. The date of receipt of your email will be considered the cancellation date.

  • Cancellation Terms for Group Training:

    • If you cancel at least 3 calendar days before the start of the training, your session will be rescheduled based on our availability.
    • For cancellations made less than 3 calendar days (72 hours) before the start of the training, the full fee remains payable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
  • Cancellation Terms for Individual Training:

    • If you cancel at least 1 calendar day (24 hours) before the start of the training, your session will be rescheduled based on our availability.
    • For cancellations made less than 1 calendar day (24 hours) before the start of the training, the full fee remains payable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
