Retour au Carnaval, "La Mouette"

In the northern French city of Dunkirk, this man dresses in the same costume of the seagull every time he marches in the Carnaval procession. Carnaval in this region is unique in that it happens from January through April, almost every weekend, yet most participants stay within the traditional costumes every time.
